Viewing Properties

Once documents check out and you’re keen to proceed, the next step is booking a viewing. Unless you’re fully confident from photos, video and the Home Report, we recommend seeing the property in person. Simply call or email to request a suitable time to view, and we’ll arrange it for you.

Making Offers

Ready to make an offer? Make sure your finance is arranged. If you are a cash buyer the process can move more quickly, but if you need a mortgage or have a property to sell let us know as we may be able to help. Get in touch by email or phone and one of our sales team will discuss your interest and offer. Offers are reviewed with the seller and we aim to reply within 24 hours. If accepted instruct your solicitor to send the Formal Offer.

Completion

As the date of entry nears, your solicitor will confirm funds are in place to complete. If a mortgage is involved, the lender ensures money is released on time. Once completion happens, your solicitor will notify you and you can arrange to collect the keys. Congratulations—it’s officially yours, and you can now enjoy your new home!
